Upon purchase the contract entered into is with Brewing and Distilling Company Limited, whose registered office is Brewing and Distilling Company Limited Unit 3, North Hill Road, Dishforth Airfield, Dishforth, North Yorkshire, YO7 3DH United Kingdom. Our Order and Delivery Service

As confirmation of receipt of the order, Brewing and Distilling Company Limited will send the Customer an email to the registered email address summarising the essential elements of the order. This email is purely for information purposes and does not constitute acceptance of the order by Brewing and Distilling Company Limited.

Brewing and Distilling Company Limited is not obliged to carry out any incomplete or inexact orders or orders placed with different methods to those established in these General Conditions.

Prior to an order being despatched, the Customer may cancel the order by contacting our office on+44 (0)1423 324005 during the opening hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm or by emailing us at cheers@wearebad.co.

The contract between Brewing and Distilling Company Limited and the Customer is deemed concluded at the time in which Brewing and Distilling Company Limited, after verifying that payment has been duly made, despatches the ordered products to the Customer. Brewing and Distilling Company Limited will send the Customer an email message confirming despatch of the ordered products.

In the event that the products ordered by the Customer are not available, Brewing and Distilling Company Limited undertakes, to notify the Customer of the lack of availability as soon as is practicable and to refund the Customer any sums already paid within 30 days of such notification.

Deliveries are carried out on behalf of Brewing and Distilling Company Limited by a courier. Generally, delivery takes place within 14 days of the date on which the order is accepted by Bad Company Limited.

In the event that your order is not delivered within 30 days of the date of ordering, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund of all monies paid by contacting our office on+44 (0)1423 324005 during the opening hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm or by emailing us at cheers@wearebad.co.

On the rare occasions that an item is out of stock we may send part of your order separate from the out of stock item. The remaining items will be sent separately as soon as they become available. You will only be charged for items that have actually been sent to you, and you will only be charged one postage and packaging charge regardless of how many parcels we send to fulfill your order.

When your parcel arrives, please check the contents against the enclosed invoice. In the unfortunate event that there are any discrepancies with your order please call our office on +44 (0)1423 324005 during the opening hours of Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
