Dry January or Tryanuary?
Dry January is coming to an end and BAD Co. couldn’t be happier! Though we support the great cause that Dry-Jan represents, it’s one event that we would struggle to partake in!
Instead, we’ve been spreading the BAD word.
Some of you craft-beer fiends may have spotted us at Manchester beer festival last month. We took a troop of our beers along with us, including something extra special for you crafty bunch! Our oak-aged Communication Breakdown, at 7.4% and 100+ IBU’s was a treat for all who dared to take on our ferocious, limited edition IPA. For those who steered away from the high percentage stuff, two of our BAD residents were there in the form of Love Over Gold and Comfortably Numb.
If you didn’t get chance to pop down and taste our glorious brews, do not panic! We’ll be gracing CAMRA’s Winter Ales Festival from 11th February, so be sure to head over to Derby for this year’s event. And to mark BAD Co.’s debut at this fantastic occasion, we’ll be bringing along with us the ultimate pleasure for you hop lovers.
But beware, it’s not for the feint-hearted…
Introducing to you our 6.6% double-IPA that hits 300+ international bitterness units! Think you can handle the most bitter beer in Britain? Then keep an eye out for ‘Mea Culpa’ – Latin for ‘My Mistake’.
Along with this bitter beast, BAD Co. will be rolling down to Derby with some of the regular favourites including Dazed & Confused and our multi-award winning session ale, Comfortably Numb. In addition to these, we’ll be bringing another cask of our oak-aged Communication Breakdown so be sure to give it a try!
If you’re planning on joining us at the Winter Ales Festival, feel free to say hello to some of the guys we’re sending down – you should find them propping up the bar next to the Comfortably Numb!
